We ventured into manufacturing of Spiral/Plain Round Ducts under the brand name of SMART SPIRAL DUCTS We manufacture duct from diameter 100mm to 2000mm with maximum length of 1200mm for Plain Round and 4000mm and above if required for Spiral Round Ducts (one of its kind in India) through fully Automated machines which provides better reinforcement for high performance. Spiral /Plain Round ducts are rolled spirally mainly from GI coil by Special Duct Forming machine with strong spiral seams providing reinforcement to comply with SMACNA and ASHRAE standards. It can also manufacture spiral duct of other material like Aluminium and Stainless Steel.

AIPL manufactures spiral duct from 100 mm to 2000 mm (4 inch to 80 inch) of any diameter with material thickness from 0.4 mm to 1.8 mm for GI (28 gauge to 16 gauge) and 0.5 mm to 1.2 mm for SS (26 gauge to 18 gauge). General diameter to thickness relation is as below however we can produce as per customer requirement
