Asawa Insulation Pvt. Ltd. (AIPL) is the First company in India (Mumbai) to manufacture Pre-Insulated Panels (PIR- Polyisocyanurate) and Accessories under the brand name of SMART Panels along with SMART Metal Products such as GI Rectangle Ducts, Plain Round/Flat Oval, Spiral Round/Flat Oval and Cable trays. AIPL has a state-of-art manufacturing facility having installed capacity of 15,00,000 sq.m per annum(Mumbai).

We offer complete solutions from supply of SMART Panels with Accessories to Fabrication & Installation and after sales service. We have a full-fledged workshop with highly trained fabricators to provide complete certified training. For Sheet Metal Ducting and Cable tray, we have cutting edge machinery to provide the best quality products as per project requirement.

AIPL is the first company in the world to provide SMART(Pre Insulated) PIR Panels based Flat Oval Ducts which is possible with our advanced technology and skilled and trained Manpower.

ServicesAIPL has employed more than 250 trained fabricators for doing Pre-Insulated Duct work. Installation being the most important part in achieving efficiency of the product, AIPL has taken an initiative in maintaining the quality, of the product and services, by making skilled fabricators and experienced service engineers a part of the company for PAN India operations.

ProjectsWith completion of more than 3500 projects in the last 5 years , AIPL has captured all the sectors including Hospitals, Pharma, Hotel, Industrial, Textile, Commercial and Residential sector. AIPL is capable to timely execute and size of project with quality workmanship.

AIPL is the only company in India which provides Class 0 product certified by Exova Warringtonfire (US & UK) and CBRI Roorkee (India). The product complies with the International Standards like BS 476: Part 5, 6 and 7.
